• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms

• Credit terms: net 30 days.
• Shipping terms: FOB shipping point, prepaid and added to the invoice.
• CytoSpring accepts orders placed using a Purchase Order. Credit card orders are also accepted.
• Customers are encouraged to use their own preferred currier account for shipping.
• All products are billed upon shipment. Please remit to: CytoSpring LLC, 320 Logue Ave, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
• Customers who choose wiring to make a payment are responsible for the associated wiring fee.
• International customers are responsible for any and all customs, duties, and taxes.
  

Product Availability and Shipping

• CytoSpring makes every effort to keep our full selection of products available for purchase. If a product is out of stock, we will inform you at the time you place your order. If your item is on backorder for greater than 30 days we will contact you upon product release to verify shipment.

• Most orders will be shipped the following business week. Customers will be notified if specified product(s) is unavailable. Please note that, unless requested, products will not be shipped to U.S. customers on Thursday and Fridays due to the temperature sensitive nature of most of our products.

Usage Statement

• Unless otherwise stated in our website, our products are intended for research use only and are not to be used for any other purpose, which includes but is not limited to, in vitro diagnostic uses, in vivo or ex vivo therapeutic uses, unauthorized commercial uses, or any type of application to humans or animals.
• Our products are not transferrable, nor for resale either directly or indirectly.
  

Returns

• CytoSpring stands behind the quality of its products and runs business honestly. If you have a technical issue with one of our products, please contact us at info@cytospring.com. If any CytoSpring product fails to meet the physical criteria ascribed to it on its Certificate of Analysis, CytoSpring, after validating the deficiency, will replace the deficient product.

Please Note

• All non-technical returns are subject to a restocking charge equal to 50% of the product value. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Customer is required to notify CytoSpring of returns within 15 days from receipt of order, and returned products will only be accepted within 10 days of issuance of the associated RMA no.

Limited Product Warranty 

• CytoSpring shall have no liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use, the results of use, or the inability to use any of its products.
